Shipping & Delivery
This website is a product catalogue. It does not take orders, process payments or ship anything itself, and nothing published here is an offer to sell.
How orders are delivered
Where a product is offered for sale by a retailer, that retailer is the seller of record and fulfils the order. Delivery options, charges and estimated arrival dates are set by it and shown to you at its own checkout, so the terms displayed there are the ones that apply to your purchase.
Availability
Details published on this website describe an item; they are not a quotation and they do not reserve stock. The listing published by the seller you buy from is the authority on what is currently available and at what price.
Tracking
Tracking is issued by the seller that fulfilled the order and appears in the confirmation emails it sends you and in your account with it. If a tracking link stops working, that seller holds the shipment record and can query the carrier directly.
Customs and import charges
Where an order crosses a border, duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country’s authorities. Whether those are included in the price or collected on delivery depends on the seller’s terms for your destination, and is stated at its checkout.
If something goes wrong
Delayed, damaged or missing deliveries are handled by the seller that fulfilled the order. Raise the claim with that seller so the order, the correspondence and any photographs stay in one place.
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and photograph it before disposing of it. Carriers generally require that evidence to process a claim.
Wholesale and trade enquiries
Wholesale and stockist enquiries are handled separately from consumer purchases. The contact page lists how to reach us; a quotation needs the quantity, the destination and the required date.
